What international certifications do Digilux products carry?
Digilux products comply with major international standards including CE, FCC, and RoHS. Select industrial products additionally meet AEC-Q100 (automotive-grade) and ISO 13485 (medical device) related requirements. Certification documents are available upon request — please contact our sales team.
How does Digilux ensure product quality?
Rooted in Taiwan's manufacturing excellence, Digilux sources premium NAND flash and high-performance controllers from trusted suppliers. Every product undergoes rigorous testing — including functional verification, endurance testing, temperature cycling, and long-term reliability validation — to meet the highest standards for both industrial and consumer markets.
What is Digilux's warranty policy and how do I submit an RMA request?
Digilux provides standard product warranties, with terms varying by product category. For any quality-related issues, please submit an RMA request via the RMA & Technical Support page on our website. Our technical team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Are all storage devices compatible with all systems and devices?
Not universally. Compatibility depends on the host device's supported interface (e.g., UHS-I vs UHS-II slots), file system format (exFAT, NTFS, ext4), maximum supported capacity, and driver availability. Before deploying storage in a new platform, Digilux recommends requesting a sample for validation testing. Our engineering team can also advise on known compatibility considerations for your target system.
